Yes, all of our findings can be used in court. We are a fully licensed private investigation agency and only deploy fully licensed private investigators in the province of Alberta. Our reports, video and research findings can all be used in a legal setting.

How much notice is needed to start surveillance?

It depends how busy we are at any given moment. It’s always best to contact us and we’ll be able to provide you with an accurate start date/time. This can vary from within hours to days.
